[ILL-L] Help needed: DECUS Proc. Computers in Medicine

I have a problem request.

The citation is from http://www.eeg.com/classic_publications.php:
Gevins, A.S. and Yeager, C.L. (1972). EEG spectral analysis in real time. DECUS Proc. Computers in Medicine, 3 (4), pp. 71-74.

I cannot seem to locate the serial.

I found OCLC 8044733, but the year was wrong -- 1974.
I found OCLC 8722686, but the volumes didn't match. I submitted a request anyway with question marks to indicate I was uncertain about the volume & issue numbers, but both libraries returned the request as lacking.

I found this ERIC document, but the year is off:

Abstract:	Papers and presentations at the 1971 symposium of the Digital Equipment Computer Users Society (DECUS) are presented.
