[ILL-L] Extending a second renewal in WCRS . . . . Working?

I am not able renew a book in WCRS. It has already been renewed once and the
borrower is asking to renew again, however, when I try to update the record,
I receive an error.

Within Clio, the error is:  "Could not update request:
org.oclc.sage.service.external.v1_1.ValidationResultillreq2.prod.oclc.org"
Within WCRS, the error is "An error occured when processing your request" -
or words to that effect (I cannot reproduce the error precisely, because I
accidentally recalled the item when attempting to update with a new due
date. *grumble*).


Have others encountered difficulty when trying to renew an item for a second
time - or is it just me?
