[ILL-L] Holiday Hours

It is on the Policies Directory or supposed to be.  I do appreciate the 
e-mail as a reminder that I should set mine, but don't really want to 
read everyones hours either.  If they can lend, great, if not I'll cross 
that line when I get to it.
