Effective immediately, the AORN Library will accept payment by the
following methods only:
DOCLINE requests from libraries outside CO and WY must be paid by EFTS
only. CO and WY libraries continue to receive free ILLs.
OCLC requests from libraries outside CO and WY must be paid by IFM only.
CO and WY libraries continue to receive free ILLs.
AORN Library fees for libraries outside CO and WY are $11 for loans or
copies.
AORN DOCLINE LIBID: COUAON
AORN OCLC CODE: DNF
We regret that direct billing has proven too labor intensive to
continue. We encourage all our directly-billed borrowers to sign up for
EFTS or IFM--it will make your lives so much easier.
Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. Feel free to contact me
with questions.

We started to recall books, which involves a $1.00 a day fine after a two-day
grace period. We don't charge faculty, but we would suspend ILL privileges
until an item is returned, Ed.

Subject: [ILL-L] ILL overdue abusers
I would like to know how everyone deals will ILL patrons who ignore overdue
notices and abuse their ILL privileges. Recently we have begun to have
problems with a few patrons who not only haven't returned very overdue
materials, they have many overdue items. I am spending far too much time
responding to overdue notices. We are especially interested in policies
concerning permanent suspension of ILL privileges. We also would like to know
how academic libraries handle this problem when a faculty member is the
patron.
Thanks,
Kathy
