[ILL-L] LVIS Borrowing vs. Lending

I think this is something that might be beyond one's control. I would
love to lend more, but that all depends on other libraries needing what
we have. I never refuse a request unless it can't be filled, but it all
depends on the borrowing libraries to put me on their list.
