[ILL-L] Ariel 3.4 with Canon 400 Microfilm scanner

Please excuse duplication.

Our Ariel interface for sending scanned microfilm is suddenly refusing
to change from positive to negative when we ask it to.   It is scanning
both positive and negative film as negative.   We have to go to the
scanner TWAIN settings to get a positive copy.   This necessitates about
5 keystrokes per page, which we haven't time or staff to do.

Would anyone successfully using the above mentioned scanner to send
Ariel docs please contact me offlist?
