[ILL-L] OCLC Policies Directory Problems

Hello,
Are other libraries having problems with OCLC resource sharing being
slow (it timed out when I tried to update a record) and with the
policies directory opening (when I tried to open it, I got a message
that said:  "System Failure Page:  Unable to successfully complete
transaction.")?
