Call the requesting library and have them verify the system hard drive has
space for the temporary file for the data received.
Usually a couple of gigs is needed for Ariel transmissions. Ideally, the
hard drive for Windows 2k and XP will be 50% free and reasonably defraged.

One suggestion is to delete all the items in the send queue (one might be
corrupted?), and rebuild it, and try again? Ed.

I'm hoping someone on the ILL list might have an answer to this so I don't
have to call Ariel technical "support."
We're getting a message when we try to scan that our send queue is full.
The problem is, it isn't. All items except for 26 have been deleted (our
cap is set at 250). Why does Ariel think the queue is full and how do we
fix the problem?
Help!!!
Julia
