One suggestion is to delete all the items in the send queue (one might be corrupted?), and rebuild it, and try again? Ed.

Subject: [ILL-L] Ariel help - send queue full...
I'm hoping someone on the ILL list might have an answer to this so I don't have to call Ariel technical "support."
We're getting a message when we try to scan that our send queue is full. The problem is, it isn't. All items except for 26 have been deleted (our cap is set at 250). Why does Ariel think the queue is full and how do we fix the problem?
Help!!!
Julia
