[ILL-L] And yet another stumper

Does anyone own vol. 1, issue 1, Aug. 1955 of The American Negro 
(Chicago, 1955- ), OCLC 32791584? None of the three libraries attached 
to that OCLC record own the issue, as expected, the title doesn't appear 
in the NUC, and it starts too late to be listed in the ULS.
