[ILL-L] ethical question - your input please

We have a patron who for a few years has been borrowing a lot of cds.
Yesterday he told one of my colleagues that he was copying the cds and
that it was "fair use". She asked him if he was a teacher and he said
"no". He did not believe my colleague when she told him it was illegal
for him to copy all these cds. I'm not sure how to handle this - whether
I should stop borrowing ILL cds for him. Your input, please!
