[ILL-L] Ariel IP address field and ILLiad?

I was told that ILLiad has a field where it reads the Ariel address of
libraries that send in requests. Which field should our IP address be in
so it appears in this ILLiad field, instead of in the general borrowing
notes? Thanks, Ed.

This is my first update to this list since taking over from the late
Lloyd Peterson. It should be posted to the website soon, but I thought
I'd pass it along to folks on the listserv.

I've added about 50 libraries, and edited the description.

There is an attempt to create a master list of holdings/policies
information, and I've been asked to participate in that effort. In the
meantime I'll continue to update this list.

Please let me know of any additions/changes.

How the List Was Compiled

Lloyd Peterson started this list for his own use because he found OCLC's
list of free lenders of video clunky. He began by combing the OCLC video
lenders list to find LVIS members. Next he went through OCLC's ILL NAD
info to see if there were any explicit prohibitions to lending AV and
then organized it by state. He added to it by combing through other
lists found on the internet, by info and lists provided by an ILL
listserv, and by noting when his own library was able to successfully
ILL an AV item. He deleted libraries which no longer fit his criteria as
he become aware of them. 

He wanted this list to be useful for all libraries not just the LVIS
ones.

Lloyd Peterson gladly shared the list with others in the interlibrary
loan community. He posted regular updates on the ILL listserv. I have
used the lists at three libraries now, to create and maintain custom
holdings search paths for audiovisual materials. I will strive to
