[ILL-L] ArieLVIS, Reciprocal Ariel, Free Ariel CHGs Spread sheet available

Hello!

I am going on vacation tomorrow. I didn't get a chance to get the Ariel CHGs up on the Wiki. Sorry. I will be back on Thursday, 16 August 2007, and Nick will be back at work on Monday, 20 August 2007. We will work on creating new updated lists and the Wiki entries for the various lists when we get back.

For those of you who cannot wait, the spread sheet that Nick set up and I modified is available. Lois Moore from TMI has agreed to send it as an e-mail attachment to anyone who requests it. If you would like the spread sheet, please e-mail Lois at lois.moore at mwsu.edu Thanks so much, Lois!

For those of you who don't want to mess around with field sorts and cutting and pasting, please wait until Nick and I have a chance to get things set up. We will announce it on the lists.

Some notes about the spread sheet. 
1.  "Updated August 2007" is the newest version. "Sheet 1" is the May version.
2.  The yellow highlighted fields are the additions/changes I made to Nick's work. He wanted some way to see what I had done to his work. (Meddling bosses -- you know how they tend to mess things up! :^)   )
3.  In the Ariel & LVIS columns, we simply put yes if we could determine a library had it. 
4.  In the Free column:
          all = copies and loans are both free
          charge = copies and loans are for a fee
          loans = only loans are free; copies are for a fee
          copies = only copies are free; loans are for a fee
5.  In the Reciprocal field, we used both yes and no because it's a required field in OCLC, so there was no uncertainty.
