Hello,
We recently had a library ask a question that I thought might be better
for the collective wisdom. If you have a collection of maps, say in your
genealogy department, and you regularly photocopy either entire maps or
sections of maps for interlibrary loan purposes, do you have to track
this in any way for copyright reporting purposes? Or do you consider
this to fall under the fair use section of the copyright law?
If anyone can share their policies and procedures for this type of
situtation, that would be helpful.
Thanks,
Keri
