[ILL-L] Can FirstSearch auto-deflect by Location?

We don't request them in Borrowing because we don't "ILL-lend" books
published in this year (or in upcoming year for that matter; I said no
to a request In Lending for a 2008 book just this week).   It looks like
the minute we put something on order or pre-order, it shows up in our
OCLC holdings.

That would be good for me.  Lately we've been getting a lot of requests
for new books.  I always thought we weren't to ask for books recently
published.

We have a collection in our catalog which is comprised of property
that we no longer have the right to loan, copy. In fact, they are not
even in the same city as our library. Nor do we have the right to
alter our catalog records for those items. In our holdings records,
the only discernible difference between these items and those which
still belong to us is their Location. Is there a way to auto-deflect
in FirstSearch according to items' Locations, rather than by Format?
