[ILL-L] Help with InterAmerican Journal of Psychology

I am having trouble filling a request for this article.  My request has come back twice unfilled, and I don't know if I have the wrong record or what.  I used the record for OCLC #77079141.  Does anyone have this article and can send it free of charge?
