[ILL-L] Can FirstSearch auto-deflect by Location?

[Interlibrary Loan - Earlham College]

We have a collection in our catalog which is comprised of property
that we no longer have the right to loan, copy. In fact, they are not
even in the same city as our library. Nor do we have the right to
alter our catalog records for those items. In our holdings records,
the only discernible difference between these items and those which
still belong to us is their Location. Is there a way to auto-deflect
in FirstSearch according to items' Locations, rather than by Format?
