Hi everyone!

This is what we do too--a blanket policy that ANY article ordered that is less than 5 years old gets CCG whether we actually owe copyright or not.  Everything else is CCL.  It's easy to remember and doesn't trigger any lender hackles.  :)

I can never remember which is which, so I have the following taped at the top of my monitor:

-- Use CCL when requested material is older than five years.
-- Use CCG when requested material is five years old or less.

I'd bet the house that I got it from someone else's posting to this list several years ago.
