Yes, but it's still not up to the LENDER to worry about copyright,
and I believe that was part of the original question. :) The
borrower will have to pay copyright fees to CCC, and the lender can
just fill the stuff as long as the field is filled out in the form
(CCG for last 5 years, CCL for older, if I remember correctly).
