[ILL-L] copyright clarification from new ILL-er

I just happen to read up on that very situation just minutes ago. The 
rule to remember is that 5 is the magic number. "During one calendar 
year, no more than five copies may be received from any one work whose 
publication date is within five years of the date of the patron's
