If it's no longer being distributed, you might contact the producer of
Frontline directly.  It may take some leg work finding the right person
to talk to, but the video will be archived somewhere.  Depending on
their policies, they might sell you a copy directly or just supply it
for free.  I've been rather fortunate in past instances trying to
procure "old" tapes in this fashion . . .
