Maybe the libraries that don't care what company is used, could change
their OCLC constant data to "trackable" as opposed to FedEx or UPS or
DHL

Wow, ILL people are awesome!  

Thanks so much for all your input! That's helpful for me and will
hopefully be helpful to the person who originally asked the question --
and any of the rest of you who might have lost sleep wondering about
this :-) 

The overall consensus is that, unless a company is specifically
requested for various reasons, it doesn't really matter to anyone as
long as the item is trackable!!
